Tuesdays 4:00 - 6:00 PM - STEM Toys. Explore and learn with a wide variety of building and electronics based toys. Perfect for curious minds! Recommended for ages 5-16
Wednesday 5:00 - 7 PM - Button Making. Get creative and make your own personalized button magnet or keychain. Great for all ages.
Saturdays All Day - Board Games. Unplug and unwind. Bring friends and family for a day of board game fun. We offer a large selection of games for every age group.
Everyday- Brick Boxes to Go! Can't make it to (or wait for) our next Lego Club? Then check out a box of bricks and a baseplate, create your build and bring it back to display. Recommended for ages 6-14.

First Saturday of the Month 10:00 AM : Crafterday. Join us for a monthly seasonally inspired craft project. Recommended for ages 5-12, but younger kids are welcome with caregiver assistance and older kids if they are interested. Registration is required.

Second Saturday of the Month 11:00 AM : Lego Club. Build a Lego Creation and have it displayed in the Library! Recommended for ages 6-12. No registration required. Can't make it to Lego Club? Ask for a Bricks to Go kit, where you can check out a container of bricks and a baseplate to create at home and bring back to be displayed.

Special Events for Kids and Families
Be a Kid Librarian!
Do you have a child between the ages of 6 and 12 who loves books? Then they can apply to become a Kid Librarian! As a Kid Librarian your child will have the chance to create their very own book display- choosing a theme (or going totally random!) with as much or as little help as needed from Jill, one of our Grown-Up Librarians.
Applications are available in the children's area or at the information desk. Once submitted, we'll reach out to schedule a time for your child to put their display together. Stop by or call the library if you have any questions or need more information. We can't wait to see the creative displays your kids come up with!

- Crazy Craft Day : Wednesday, April 16 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Join us in the Community Room and get creative. Use the provided craft supplies to make your own unique creations. No registration required, all ages welcome.
- Game Day: Thursday, April 17 ALL DAY
Drop in any time to play games old and new! Just like on Saturdays we'll have board games, card games out to enjoy. Play a classic like UNO or try something new with friends. No registration required and all ages are welcome, a great way to spend some family time!
Kidding Around Yoga with Donna Baia

For ages 5-12 with adult participation. Join Miss Donna from Kidding Around Yoga (KAY) for a fun filled family yoga class. In this playful class we will practice yoga poses, mindfulness activities and enjoy a special guided relaxation time to leave everyone feeling peaceful. KAY classes incorporate games, music, and stories. Space is limited and registration is required. No prior yoga experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat or towel for each person attending.

Stop by the Kenmore Library for a special intergenerational playtime! Kids are invited to color, read stories, play games, or build with LEGOs — all while spending time with some very special visitors from Brookdale Senior Living. No registration required — all kids welcome!

Seasonal Story Time Sessions
Enjoy an interactive story time with engaging stories, songs, and a fun craft. Offered Seasonally for different age groups and times. Registration is required and spots can fill up quickly so save the date for when the next session's sign ups begin!

Join us for a fun-filled story time featuring engaging stories, finger plays, and lively songs. Designed for kids age 3-5. Registration required.
Family Story Time (ages 5 and under)
Wednesdays at 6:30 PM April 16 through May 28
Bring the whole family for an evening of stories, songs, and crafts! Perfect for ages up to 5. Registration required.
Toddler Time for Two's
Thursdays at 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM April 17 through May 29
Join us for a delightful session designed just for our TWO-RRIFIC friends! This engaging story time features singing, laughing, reading and playful activities tailored for toddlers. Registration Required.

Get together with friends to knit, crochet, or work on your other crafty projects!

First and Third Tuesday of the Month - Resume Helper (starts in 2025)
Get one on one help with editing, typing, and setting up your professional resume and/or cover letter. Great for job seekers of all professions. Whether you're just looking got some advice on how to improve your current resume or need to start from scratch, we encourage you to take advantage of this great new service. No registration is necessary, participants will be assisted in the order they arrive.

Notary Public Service. A notary public volunteer will be available during these times. No appointment is necessary and walk-ins are welcome.

Focus Group for the Erie County Department of Senior Services
Tuesday April 24 at 2:00 PM
Seeking Erie County residents aged 55 and older interested in contributing to a discussion on senior services in your community. This focus group will cover topics such as housing, transportation, community services, finances, medical care and more. Your input will help the Department of Senior Services shape current and future programs. Snack and refreshments will be provided. Paper Quilling Craft Program
Saturday, April 26 at 1:00 PM
Discover the art of paper quilling! Learn basic folding and curling techniques to create a charming, spring-themed "Bunny and Bird" project. This program is designed for adults and space and supplies are limited. Registration is required for this event.

Friends of the Library Book Sale! (at the Kenmore Middle School)

Come support the Kenmore and Kenilworth Libraries by coming to our Friends of the Library Spring Book Sale. Books are $1.00 each (with kids books priced between 50 cents to a dollar) Held at 155 Delaware Road (Kenmore Middle/High School) Door #8, located across the street from the Kenmore Library. Free admission, credit cards accepted.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, gain insights, and learn strategies for improving mental health in a supportive, stigma- free environment.
