Exhibits & Displays

East Aurora Arts Society

EAAS Members only 2025 Spring Library show runs until May 30.

The spring show at the Aurora Library, 550 Main St, was installed on March 29. The artwork of 24 members of the E A Art Society is on exhibit during library hours in the Community room and in the glass case in the entry lobby.

The public is invited to vote for their favorite art piece by using the paper ballots in the community room. The top 3 artists who receive the most votes will be awarded blue, red, and yellow ribbons, respectively. In addition, the top artist is to receive a gift certificate donated by the Dog Bar Restaurant in West Falls, NY.

The Art Society is grateful, as always, for the assistance of the library staff and their director, Paula Ausberger, who make our shows a success as we share our art with the community.

EAAS welcomes all artists, from beginner to advanced, and supporters of the arts! Meetings are held the second Thursday, September through June, starting at 6:30pm, in the Aurora Senior Center, 101 King St at Oakwood. After a brief formal meeting, at 7pm, an art talk or demonstration is given. Meetings are an excellent opportunity to gather with people who have a common interest, make friends, and share what they are working on, in a friendly, welcoming manner. Refreshments are provided by EAAS hospitality committee.

The Art Society also provides many venues in which members can exhibit and sell their work.
