The Kenilworth Library is open!  Our weekly hours are:

Mondays & Fridays from

12 pm -8 pm

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from

10 am – 6 pm

We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays  and  scheduled holidays

Come to the Kenilworth Library and check out a box of bricks and a base, work on a cool build and bring it back to the library for us to display!

 

Sensational Story Time for ages 2-4

Tuesdays at 10:30 January 14 through February 25

Join us for a fun-filled morning of engaging stories, songs, activities and simple crafts.  Registration required.

 

Valentine's Day Card Creation Station

February 7-14 during library hours

It's that time of year again!  Stop by the library for a drop in station to create a heartfelt greeting for someone special.  This drop in activity is geared toward younger children, but all are welcome to participate.  All supplies provided.

 

A Visit with Alice in Wonderland!

Wednesday, February 19 at 11:00 AM

Come to the Kenilworth Library during the school break and join us for an event filled with activites, sing-alongs, dancing, laughter and more-with Alice in Wonderland!  Recommended for ages 3-10 , registration required.  Stop in the library or call 716-834-7657 to sign up

Book Sales and Book Donations
Ongoing Discarded Book Sale

We offer a small selection of recently discarded library materials for purchase in our lobby

All items available for sale are .50 cents each (this includes AV materials as well as print )

Buy a Town of Tonawanda Library tote bag for $2 and fill for an additional $2

Prices include sales tax.  Cash only.  No refunds. 

Ken-Ton Friends of the Library Seasonal Book Sale 

Friends of the Library Bag Sale (at the Kenmore Middle School)

Come support the Kenmore and Kenilworth Libraries by coming to our Friends of the Library bag sale.

$10 a bag (bring your own bag).   Help us clean out our room so we can restock with new books!

Dates/times of sale:

  • Thursday, January 30th from 3-7 PM
  • Friday, January 31st from 3-7 PM
  • Saturday, February 1 from 9 am - 12 pm

Free admission, credit cards accepted.

 

 

Donations

Due to lack of storage space, the Kenilworth Library is not able to accept print or AV material donations .  You may be able to donate materials to the Ken-Ton Friends of the Library whose seasonal book sales raise monies for the Kenilworth and Kenmore libraries.  They currently accept donations at the collection site at 155 Delaware Road Door #8 (Kenmore Jr/Sr high school) on Saturdays from 10 am - 12 pm
