Request an Obituary/Death Notice

Obituary search requests

• Grosvenor Room staff will research up to 3 obituary/death notice requests per transaction. Please do not submit a new request until previous is fulfilled.
• The exact date of death (MM/DD/YYYY) is required.
• We can check our local newspapers on microfilm for 5 days after the date of death. 
• Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. 

Helpful tips

• There is no guarantee that an obituary article was published.  It is more likely that a small, brief “death notice” was published.  If found, we will provide this instead.
