William Laurence Benson

William Laurence Benson was born and grew up in Falconer but later lived in Buffalo where he registered for service. Traveling for business, he ended up enlisting for service in Ohio joining the 112th Engineer Corps in June 1917.  Benson’s photos document his time served in France and Belgium. He was discharged in April 1919.
