Most Popular Borrowed Materials from Buffalo & Erie County Public Library System Announced

The list of the most popular items borrowed in 2013 through the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library System has just been announced.  Based on borrowers using all 37 local public libraries, the list below includes the top three most popular and most requested book titles, along with the top downloaded eBook titles. This year’s books had something for everyone with mysteries, historical fiction and non-fiction, books in a series and books that have been made into films.

 Most requested books for 2013:

The Library System has more than 3 million materials available for borrowing through the 37-branch system including downloadable eBooks and music, DVDs and books on CD. Free library card applications can be downloaded 24/7 and taken to any local public library for processing. A valid form of identification and proof of address are necessary.
