Located on Clinton Street between Bailey Avenue and South Ogden Street, at the corner of Fenton Street. Wheelchair accessible and Parking lot available, but parking is limited. Drop box located on Fenton Street, available 24/7.


Our site has the following features:

Public Access PC's

  • 5 All ages computers
  • Small separate lab with 4 adult computers
  • 1 computer equipped with a scanner (30 minute express)
  • All computers have access to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Printing is $0.10 cents a page for black and white or $0.25 cents a page for color


Copier - Black and White only, and $0.15 cents a side

Free Wi-Fi access

Community Room - available for booking

Mondays June 11th and 25th at 6:00 pm
Adult/Teen Craft Night
Get Crafty with Ms. Shawndria, as we break out the Paint this June. We’ll provide the various forms of canvas/surfaces and paints, you bring the creativity! Program designed for teens and up.
Wednesday June 13th at 6:00 pm
Father’s Day Craft-A-Cap
Give that special parent a baseball cap personally decorated by you! We will provide blank canvas adult baseball caps and the paint, all you have to do is provide the special design “idea”! Craft to be repeated Saturday June 16th during normal craft hours, supplies limited.

Do-It-Yourself Instruments
Make Some Noise! We’ll provide supplies and guidance in helping you create your very own instrument. As well as provide some interesting facts and examples of music from all over!

East Clinton Book Club
The East Clinton Book Club will be meeting to discuss Vanessa Diffenbaugh’s novel: "The Language of Flowers". New members are always welcome! Please contact ECL Book Club leader James Pacer (jamesjpacer@yahoo.com) for more information.

Book a Tech Trainer
Need computer assistance? We can help! These free 45 minute sessions are designed to assist with software support or Internet training. They are not designed to troubleshoot computer problems or repair hardware. All appointments are held on a Library PC with Windows 7. Free and open to Library Patrons age 17 and above.

Ongoing Weekly and Monthly events:

  • Weekly Craft Saturdays - every Saturday from 10:00 am to Noon. 
  • Monthly family board game night - The last Wednesday of every month from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.


Borrowed materials can be returned to any Buffalo & Erie County Public Library or renewed online at through our online catalog, after you have logged under "My Account".


Library patrons can also visit the library 24/7 online at www.BuffaloLib.org to maintain & manage accounts, download books, music and video, use the databases, research and more!

Library System Information on the Board of Trustees

The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library System Board of Trustees is the governing body for the downtown Central Library, and the eight branch libraries located in the city of Buffalo. These include: Crane, Dudley, East Clinton, East Delavan, Frank E. Merriweather, Jr., Niagara, North Park and the Riverside Branch Libraries.
