With over three years of library experience at the Buffalo & Erie County Library System under his belt, Jordan joined the training lab team in March of 2012. Of the many free courses offered, teaching patrons the wonders of the web in Internet Basics remains his favorite, but helping people with their eReaders is always a pleasure. When he's not spreading the good word of the digital age to willing listeners, he's busy watching, reading and writing about cinema.
